Familiarity with local municipalities is key when planning below-grade construction in urban settings. ODS knows exactly what is required for permitting to ensure owners are getting the most efficient design as quickly as possible.
ODS can provide preliminary plans and calculations well in advance of the construction schedule in efforts to prevent delays due to multiple design changes and submittal revisions, or worse, complete re-engineering of portions of the work to accomadate the limitations imposed on right-of-way or adjacent property usage around the site.
